Format

Mail the full paper in IEEE format to civicreta2k18@gmail.com before 1st March 2018. The shortlisted participants have to present their paper along with a PPT in front of the judges.

Rules & Regulations

• Number of participants per team: 2-3
• Maximum duration: 10 minutes (7 minutes for presentation and 3 minutes for queries)
• Judges decision is final and binding.

 

Note:

Participants are requested to send the soft copy of their paper in IEEE format to civicreta2k18@gmail.com

 If paper gets selected, the shortlisted teams are requested to submit two hard copies of their paper in IEEE format on the day of presentation and also mail the final presentation file to civicreta2k18@gmail.com before 6th March 2018 8 PM.
